We remove the old roofing, including old tiles, if purlins, or flashings and barge boards need replacing, we can do that too. Also, guttering, spouting and downpipes, if they need replacing, it can all be done at the same time.
Solar panels are not a problem, we arrange for them to be disconnected and re installed by an authorised technician.

Northern Roofing were fantastic to do business with, I approached them after a neighbour of my elderly mother alerted us to their advertisement in the Mahurangi Matters and suggested that we give them a call.I live over 100 km away from my mother’s property and had already contacted at least four other companies to inspect and quote on a roof replacement – I had spent many hours chasing people to inspect the roof and then submit quotes in writing.
Some of the people met me at the site and promised to schedule the work when they were in the area at the end of another job because this was a relatively small re-roof as opposed to a new build. I received quotes and, in some cases, estimates as companies were reluctant to commit to firm quotes as they said materials were hard to source during the pandemic and then after that as there was such a back log of work and high demand that they were facing price increases.Northern Roofing, on the other hand visited the site and within 3 days I had received a written quote, theirs was not the lowest quote submitted but I feel the most realistic and I was happy as for the first time I felt I was dealing with someone reliable and trustworthy.They explained that there might be a wait time of 3-4 weeks for the coloursteel to be delivered on site depending on the colour shade and profile that Mum chose. We paid the 50% deposit on acceptance of their quote and within 8 weeks from our first phone call the job was completed.It was so refreshing to deal with a company that take pride in their work, deliver on time and offer real old fashioned service."
